Sign in to your account, and you will see all new opportunities, quotes you have provided, orders in progress, and completed orders on the “Requests & Orders” tab of your Provider dashboard. Any requests that are awaiting quotes can be found under the “New Opportunities” column.
Click on the box corresponding to a new request to see the details on the Order page. On this page, you can post a message to acknowledge the requester or to ask for more information (red box in screenshot).
Click the “Submit a Quote” button to create a quote. Creating a quote will issue a formal quotation to the requester. Alternatively, you can decline the request. Declining a request will not negatively impact your search rankings. Do your best to respond within 2 business days – we have found responsive service providers earn more orders.
You will also receive an email notification when there is a new quote request or message. You can reply to that email, and your email reply will be copied as a message to the Order page timeline.
It is important to keep written communication on the platform. In the rare case of a dispute, the messages become an audit trail. That being said, we absolutely encourage phone calls! We simply ask you to provide a brief summary of what you covered in the conversation on the order page.
