Payment destinations

 

Create a payment destination (Settings)

When you are creating a quote, you will be required to add a payment destination. This enables you to dictate where you wish to receive payment for the work, to support organizations with multiple payment entities.

 

Admins may add a Payment Destination for facilities ahead of the quoting process by navigating to Settings > Payment Destinations > + Add Payment Destination.

Upon clicking the button, a window will appear where you will be prompted to add additional required information for issuing Paper Check payment (e.g. Name, Company, Address, etc.).

 Once this information is completed, click Add Payment Destination. This will create a new Account which can be selected when creating quotes.

 

Add a payment destination (Quote)

When you are creating a quote, you will be required to select or add a payment destination. This enables you to dictate where you wish to receive payment for the work, to support organizations with multiple payment entities.

If a payment destination has already been added, it will be available in the dropdown menu (view the details of this step in “Selecting a Payment Destination“). However, if a payment destination has not been added, select Create Account.

This will open a window where you can complete the payment information and save a new Payment Destination / Account. Once a payment destination is added, it will be available for selection on future quotes.

Select a payment destination (Quote)

When you create a quote, you will be required to select or add a payment destination in the Payment Settings section. This enables you to dictate where you wish to receive payment for the work to support organizations with multiple payment entities.

If no payment destination is available in the dropdown in the screenshot below, read “Add a Payment Destination” for more instructions.

Edit a payment destination

Admins may edit a Payment Destination for facilities by navigating to Settings > Payment Destinations > Edit Payment Destination. 

Complete the required fields, and save. 

 

Payment method(s)

Science Exchange uses a mailed Paper Check as the default payment method. Science Exchange will mail a check to you per the PO payment terms. This payment method is only valid for United States-based Providers.

Direct deposit is available as an option. Please contact [email protected] for the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Science Exchange will make a direct deposit into your account per the PO payment terms. Valid for all Providers.
