1. From your “Requests and Orders” page, click the “Settings” tab.
2. Select the “Lab Members” tab, then click the Add Lab Members button. You can add anyone with a Science Exchange account.*
Type in their name and select the correct user from the drop-down menu.
Add their title.
You can choose to make them a Lab Admin if applicable. Lab Admins have access to the Settings tab, which allows them to edit payment information as well as the general information on your Storefront, in addition to being able to respond to customer requests.
